Participation Ability of Social Organizations in Social Governance:Taking G Province as a Case
In the context of encouraging innovation in social governance,social organizations have more and more space and opportunities to participate in social governance.In order to promote the participation of social organizations in social governance and achieve practical results,it is necessary to strengthen their capacity-building.The ability of social organizations to participate in social governance is mainly composed of three elements:value leading ability,resource mo-bilization ability and professional service ability.Through the survey,it is found that social organizations are facing the following capacity dilemmas in participating in social governance:the lag of organizational action concept,the lack of sense of mission,the non-diversification of mobilization objects,the non-diversification of mobilization technology,and the deviation of service fit.The fundamental reason for the ability dilemma is the public bottleneck of social organizations,the bottleneck of policy incentives,and the bottleneck of social network.Therefore,only by optimizing the institutional en-vironment of social organizations can we promote the sustainable improvement of their participation ability,which re-quires reshaping the publicity of social organizations,improving the personnel training mechanism of social organizations,improving the social network of social organizations,and improving the social policy system of social organizations.
