摘要
阐明政治文明形态的基本内涵与核心要素,构建政治文明形态的理论分析框架,是对中国式现代化创造的政治文明新形态进行探讨的理论前提.政治文明形态是人类文明形态的重要组成部分,是特定政治文明结构与发展水平的系统性呈现,历史性、具体性是政治文明形态的本质属性,权力是分析政治文明形态的核心内容.在政治文明形态的核心要素中,物质生产和阶级关系是形塑政治文明形态的经济根源,权力系统是政治文明形态的内容规定,包含权力来源、授权形式、权力结构和权力运行方式.循此,基于唯物史观,构建政治文明形态"经济根源—权力系统"分析框架,作为系统分析人类政治文明形态的历史更替、当代形态以及中国式政治文明新形态的理论工具.
Abstract
Elucidating the basic connotations and core elements of the political civilization form and constructing a theoretical analysis framework of the political civilization form are the theoretical prerequisites for exploring the new polit-ical civilization form created by Chinese-style modernization.Political civilization form is an important part of human civ-ilization form,a systematic presentation of the specific political civilization structure and development level.Historicity and concreteness are the essential attributes of the political civilization form,and power is the core content of analyzing the political civilization form.Among the core elements of the political civilization form,material production and class re-lations are the economic roots of political civilization,and the power system is the content of political civilization,includ-ing the source of power,the form of authorization,the structure of power and the way of power operation.Following this,based on the historical materialism,we construct the"economic roots-power system"analysis framework of the political civilization form,as a theoretical tool to systematically analyze the historical changes and contemporary forms of human political civilization forms and the new form of Chinese-style political civilization.
