Plant Species Diversity of Natural Forests and Plantations of in Mountainous Land in North Hebei
On the basis of investigation data from plots in natural secondary forests of Pinus tabulaeformis and plantations of Larix principis-rupprechtii Mulan-Weichang Nature Reserve of Hebei Province, the structures of plant communities and characteristics of species diversity were investigated.Important values of plant species in each layer were measured, and the richness, evenness and diversity indices of species in each layer were calculated.The results indicated that the species distributed in shrub layer in two different forest types were similar, and in herb layer however, the species types were different.Dominant herb species in natural secondary forests of P.tabulaeformis were Dendranthema chanetii, and that in forest plantations were Carex ussuriensis.With the increase of altitude, except for Alatalo evenness index, all the Alpha biodiversity indices of the natural secondary forest first decreased and then increased, that of the plantations reduced in different altitudes.Alatalo evenness index of herb layer of natural secondary forests decreases and that of herb layer of plantations increased first, and then decreased.Alpha biodiversity index of the both forest types in the same altitude had no significant difference(P<0.05).Beta biodiversity index between plots of natural secondary forests increased, that between plots of plantations decreased.
