Seventy two strains of endophytic fungi were isolated from the roots, stems and leaves of Juglansregia , and 47 strains were classified and identified according to the morphological characters. The study on the screening of surface disinfection methods showed that the treatment with 75% ethanol for 3 min was the best method.
