Effects of Different Formulated Fertilizations on the Growth of Landscape Trees
Formulated fertilizers with different levels of nitrogen, phosphorus, and potassium were applied on several landscape trees to select optimal formulations by measuring the growth of 4 tested plants and relevant physiological indices. The trees tested included Berberis thunbergii cv. Atropurpurea, Ligustrum obtusi folium,L. Vicaryi, and Forsythia suspensa. Fertilizations on the landscape trees demonstrated promotion effects on the growth of the trees,while optimal formulations were different among different trees.
