林木抗虫育种研究进展

人工纯林种植面积较大,虫害威胁严重,林木抗虫育种研究已成为当前林木保护与增产的关键领域。本研究总结了目前林木抗虫育种的相关进展,林木抗虫性是多种防御机制的协同作用,其中包括化学和物理防御方式。外界因素如机械损伤和虫害触发了植物的诱导防御机制。分子生物学的快速发展推动了林木分子育种的兴起,重组DNA技术已成功将外源抗虫基因导入林木基因组,培育出转基因抗虫林木新品种。此外,RNAi技术也成为一项热点研究,相较于传统转基因技术具有更高的选择性和安全性。未来,随着科技的进步,林木抗虫育种研究将会更加深入,并与多个学科相结合,为林木抗虫性的提升提供更广阔的前景。
Research Progress on Tree Breeding for Pest Resistantce
The planting area of pure plantation forest is large,and the threat of pests is serious.Thus,the re-search on tree breeding of pest resistance have become a key field of forest protection and yield increase.We reviewed the research progresses related to breeding of insect-resistant trees.Studies have shown that insect resistance of tree is a synergistic effect of multiple defense mechanisms,including chemical and phys-ical defense.External factors such as mechanical damage and insect infestation trigger the plant's induced defense mechanism.The rapid development of molecular biology has promoted the rise of molecular breed-ing of trees,and recombination DNA technology has successfully introduced exogenous insect resistance genes into trees genomes to breed new transgenic insect-resistant forest varieties.In addition,RNAi tech-nology has also become a hot research topic,which has higher selectivity and safety than traditional trans-genic technology.In the future,with the progress of science and technology,there searches on insect resist-ance breeding of trees will be more in-depth and combined with multiple disciplines to provide a broader prospect for the improvement of forest insect resistance.
