Cutting Propagation and Rooting Mechanism of Lespedeza floribunda Super-young Shoots
The objective of this study was to explore the effect of plant growth regulators on the rooting effect and endogenous hormone content of super-young cuttings of Lespedeza floribunda, and to reveal the rooting mechanism of super-young cuttings of L.floribunda.The effects of plant growth regulator type and concentration on rooting rate, growth and endogenous hormone content of L.floribunda cuttings were determined by using the tender shoots at the top of L.floribunda as the material. The rooting type of su-per tender cuttings of L.floribunda was callus rooting. The rooting process underwent the callus stage, the adventitious root formation stage and the adventitious root elongation stage.T5-treated cuttings showed the best results, with a rooting rate of 100%.Compared with the control, the contents of IAA and GA in the treatment groups were higher, and the content ratios of IAA/ABA and IAA/ZR were higher, and the contents of ABA and ZR were lower. It is concluded that the most suitable treatment for rooting of su-per tender cuttings of L.floribunda is obtained, and the T5 treatment is conducive to the growth of first-order roots, promotes the growth of cuttings, increases the content of IAA and its ratio to ABA and ZR,and is conducive to the rooting of super-tender cuttings of L.floribunda.
