Dating Analysis of Ancient Platycladus orientalis Based on Chronology in Shangfangshan,Beijing
Taking 38 tree cores of ancient Platycladus orientalis from 1938 to 2022 in the Shangfang Moun-tain of Beijing as experimental materials,annual ring width chronology were established.Combined with the meteorological data of the experimental area,the correlations between the tree age and its own factors and climatic factors were discussed.The mathematical relationships between the tree age and DBH,precipi-tation and temperature were established,and the single factor optimal model of the tree age and DBH was established.The results showed that 1)the relative error of each sample measured by the tree age determi-nation model based on stage method was less than that of the corresponding sample tree age measured by the single factor model.Therefore,the accuracy of the stage method model was higher than that of the sin-gle factor model.Compared with the single factor model,the stage method model can provide a reference for the determination of the age of ancient trees in this region.2)Four sample trees of P.orientalis from the same sampling site were used to test the stage method model,and the maximum error was 7%.3)Samples of P.orientalis trees were collected from four sites in Beijing,including Sijiqing,Hongluosi,Yuquanshan and Summer Palace,to conduct comparative study on stage method model and single factor model.The error of the two models was less than 9%.The relative error of the stage method model was within 36%,while the single factor tree model was within 13%.The relative error of the stage method model was higher than that of the single factor model.The samples from the rest three sites all showed similar laws.
