Measurement of Contact Physical Parameters and Discrete Element Simulation Calibration of Fine Circular Dried Noodles
In order to obtain the discrete element simulation parameters of the fine circular dried noodles,the packing density of fine circular dried noodles in volumetric weighing measurement simulation was improved.Thin circular dried noodles as the research object,the relevant parameters of the dried noodles were obtained by refer-ring to literature and physical experiments.The discrete element parameters are calibrated by combining physical experiments with discrete element simulation.The physical stacking angle of the wall surface of 16.2° was ob-tained by the extraction plate experiment,and three experiments,plackett-burman,steepest climb and box-behnken,were created based on this as the response value.The significance of the eight relevant parameters was screened,and finally the three best parameter values with significant influence were selected.Finally,the re-sponse surface of the simulated pile angle regression equation is solved optimally.Results The simulation results showed that.The recovery coefficient of dried noodles-dried noodles is 0.2706,the recovery coefficient of dried noodles-stainless steel is 0.3191,and the rolling friction coefficient of dried noodles-stainless steel is 0.0263.The optimal parameters are simulated by stacking angle in EDEM,and the error between the simulation stacking angle of the dried noodles and the physical experiment stacking angle was 1.1%.The calibration parameters of wall contact physical parameter test and discrete element simulation experiment can provide parameter support for the subsequent simulation of fine circular dried noodles volumetric weighing measurement.
