Analysis of Quality Characteristics of Newly Harvested Wheat in Shaanxi Province in 2022
Summer wheat is the main grain crop in Shaanxi Province,and it is also an important grain variety,accounting for more than 80%of the total policy reserve grain in the province.In order to grasp the quality status of wheat in the ration in a timely manner,117 samples were collected from 10 cities(districts)in the province,and summarized and analyzed from the aspects of main planting varieties,combination and promotion varieties,and different varieties in different regions.The data shows that the wheat bulk density,crude protein(dry basis),and baking quality scores in the eastern part of Guanzhong are relatively high.The baking quality score of wheat in the central part of Guanzhong is relatively high,with moderate gluten strength.The maximum tensile resistance and sedimentation value of wheat in the western part of Guanzhong are relatively high.The bulk density of wheat in the Weibei arid plateau is relatively high.The various indicators of wheat in southern Shaanxi are not high.It is recommended to combine regional characteristics and differentiate the cultivation of high-quality wheat with different quality characteristics to improve product quality and help farmers increase production and income.
