摘要
安徽是农业大省,小麦是安徽省重要粮食作物,采用 SWOT 分析法分析了安徽省发展小麦全产业链的优势、劣势及面临的机会和威胁,并提出要进一步完善政府支持政策;提升小麦品质;建设小麦产业链人才队伍;增强小麦加工企业综合实力等发展对策,以期为安徽小麦全产业链发展提供参考.
Abstract
Anhui is a major agricultural province,and wheat is an important grain crop in Anhui province.The article uses SWOT analysis to analyze the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,and threats of developing the entire wheat industry chain in Anhui province,and proposes to further improve government support policies.Im-proving wheat quality.Building a talent team for the wheat industry chain.Enhance the comprehensive strength of wheat processing enterprises and other development strategies,in order to provide reference for the development of the entire wheat industry chain in Anhui.
