针对现有散装楼房仓散粮出仓自动化程度不足的情况,利用楼房仓各楼层不同位置设置出料口,通过出料口和出仓溜管结合的方式,将散粮输送至一层直接装车输送.该种方式可以大幅度地提高楼房仓各廒间散粮自动出仓的效率并减少清仓作业量.但是设置出料口的间距、数量、楼房仓装粮线高度等均对出仓效率有不同程度的影响.拟通过对出料口不同间距、不同数量的设置、楼房仓不同装粮线等情况进行分析,着重分析在经济合理的前提下出粮口的间距、数量、装粮线高度和自动化出仓效率的相对关系,以对后续机械化楼房仓的设计提供一定的借鉴意义.
Analysis of the Relative Relation between the Mechanized Discharge Efficiency of Bulk Multi-storied Warehouse and the Loading Line and Outlet of Grain
In view of the insufficient automation degree of bulk grain discharge from the warehouse of the ex-isting bulk building,the bulk grain is transported to the first floor by means of the combination of the discharge port and the discharge pipe.This method can greatly improve the efficiency of automatic discharge of bulk grain from single position in the building warehouse and reduce the amount of clearance work.However,the spacing and quantity of the discharge port and the height of the loading line of the building warehouse all have different degrees of influence on the discharge efficiency.This paper analyzes the setting of different spacing and quantity of discharge ports and different loading lines of building silos,and focuses on the relative relationship between the spacing,quantity,loading line height and automated discharge efficiency of grain outlets under the premise of economic and reasonable,so as to provide certain reference significance for the subsequent design of mechanized building silos.
