摘要

精酿啤酒生产技术是一门实用性和实践性较强的课程,实验教学对学生在职业素养和技能水平方面的培养具有不可替代的重要作用.在教育数字化的背景下,从啤酒生产技术实践教学的现状出发,阐述了精酿啤酒虚拟仿真实验教学的必要性,探讨了精酿啤酒虚拟仿真课程的建设及其在实践教学中的成效,以期达到提高教育教学效果,培养高素养、高技能的综合性人才的目的.

Abstract

Production technology of cra ft beer is a course with strong practicality and practicability,practice teaching plays an irreplaceable role in the cultivation of students' professional quality and skill level.Under the background of digitalization of education,starting from the present situation of experimental teaching of beer production technology,this paper expounds the necessity of virtual simulation experimental teaching for craft beer,and discusses the construction of the virtual simulation course for craft beer and its effect in practice teach-ing,in order to improve the teaching effect and achieve the goal of training a high-quality,high-skilled compre-hensive talents.
