摘要

针对目前我国大豆种植灌溉中存在的问题和技术难点,综合运用触摸屏及PLC 智能监控、报警输出、智能配比等关键技术,基于大豆生长信息实施智能灌溉.该系统是由控制系统、监控系统、灌溉系统和信息采集四部分构成.监控系统是在触摸屏中实时监控大豆土壤成分和报警,将监控到的数据分析处理,对土壤环境进行水肥智能配比.灌溉系统由水桶、氮桶、磷桶、钾桶、混合桶和喷头组成.信息采集由伸缩杆、环境采集传感器构成,运用传感器采集土壤成分传送到监控系统中,进行实时反馈.本设计具有实时采集土壤信息、智能水肥配比、实时进行灌溉的特点,节约用水,合理施肥及灌溉,对智慧农业发展具有一定意义.

Abstract

In view of the existing problems and technical difficulty in soybean planting irrigation in our coun-try,this paper comprehensively uses the key technologies such as touch screen and PLC intelligent monitoring,alarm output and intelligent matching,and implements intelligent irrigation based on soybean growth information.The system is composed of four parts:control system,monitoring system,irrigation system and information collec-tion.The monitoring system is to monitor the soybean soil composition and alarm in real time on the touch screen,analyze and process the monitored data,and carry out the intelligent ratio of water and fertilizer to the soil environment.The irrigation system consists of buckets,nitrogen buckets,phosphorus buckets,potassium buckets,mixing buckets and sprinkler heads.The information collection is composed of a telescopic rod and an environmental collection sensor,which collects soil components and sends them to the monitoring system for real-time feedback.This design has the characteristics of real-time collection of soil information,intelligent water and fertilizer ratio,real-time irrigation,water conservation,reasonable fertilization and irrigation,and has certain sig-nificance for the development of smart agriculture.
