摘要

随着食品工业的高质量发展,对休闲膨化食品的健康、安全、营养提出了更高的要求.通过对休闲膨化食品的原辅料、生产过程、包装及包装材料等主要质量安全问题展开分析,并提出解决策略.为完善我国休闲膨化食品研究和促进膨化食品健康发展提供借鉴.

Abstract

With the high quality development of food industry,higher requirements are put forward for the health,safety and nutrition of leisure puffed food.The problems of raw materials,production process,packaging and packaging materials of puffed food were analyzed,and the solutions were put forward.It provides reference for improving the study of leisure puffed food and promoting the healthy development of puffed food.
