摘要
玉米脱粒加工是玉米果穗收获后重要的加工生产环节,通过使用专业化机械设备进行脱粒加工能够有效提升生产效率,降低劳动强度,缩短加工生产周期.随着行业技术的发展,玉米脱粒机的结构形式和应用效果也在不断地进步,而与之相关的知识产权保护问题也日益突出,通过对该领域的知识产权保护现状进行分析,探讨行业内知识产权保护存在的短板和未来的发展方向,为农业机械设备知识产权保护提供参考.
Abstract
The corn threshing processing is a vital manufacturing process after the corn ear harvesting.It can not only effectively promote productive efficiency,reduce labor intensity but also shorten the production cycles by using specialized mechanical equipment for detachment processing.With the development of technology,the structure and application effect of corn threshing machine are also improving constantly.However,the intellectu-al property protection concerning it is becoming increasingly prominent.Explore the shortcomings of intellectual protection and the direction of future development in this industry by analyzing the current status of intellectual property protection in this field.
