Focus on China's Food Security Problems from the Perspective of Cases of Violation of Disciplines and Laws in the Field of Food Purchase and Sales--Based on the Value Chain Perspective
From the perspective of value chain,this paper makes a theoretical study on the problem of food se-curity,and then analyzes the purchase,storage and sales links of grain depots and their capital flow,information flow and material flow based on the typical cases of violation of discipline and law in the field of grain purchase and sales.The conclusion shows that at present,farmers'enthusiasm for growing grain is not high,there are many gaps in the purchase links of grain depots,there is no bottom line for the loss of grain depots,the performance of supervision units is not in place For the problems affecting China's food security,such as the lack of strong awareness of food security,this paper puts forward policy suggestions on enriching the agricultural management system,perfecting the order purchase system,speeding up the construction of smart grain depots,re compacting the responsibilities of regulatory units,and re disseminating the concept of food security.
