摘要
为了加速粮食储藏的智能化和信息化,最大程度减少粮食在储存过程中的损失.针对目前储粮通风不均匀问题,设计了一种新型环流智能储粮仓及其控制系统.该系统主要有环流风道和底部纵向风道两部分组成,通过PLC控制传感器检测仓内温湿度、风机启停、各阀门开关等功能,依据粮情控制储粮仓环流通风和纵向通风,保证粮温均衡,降低粮食结露、抑制虫霉等问题,本系统的研发为储粮通风作业提供了新方法,为粮食储藏及保障粮食安全提供了理论依据.
Abstract
In order to accelerate the intelligence and information of food storage,the loss of food in the storage process is minimized.Aiming at the problem of uneven ventilation of grain storage,a new type of circulating in-telligent grain storage bin and its control system are designed in this paper.The system mainly consists of two parts:circulation air duct and bottom longitudinal air duct.Through the PLC control sensor to detect the temper-ature and humidity in the warehouse,the fan start and stop,the valve switch and other functions,the circulation ventilation and longitudinal ventilation of the grain storage bin are controlled according to the grain situation,so as to ensure the equilibrium of grain temperature,reduce the grain dew,inhibit insects and mildew,etc.The re-search and development of this system provides a new method for the ventilation operation of grain storage.It provides a theoretical basis for grain storage and food security.
