摘要
在思想舆论多元化的时代,立足学情,建立以坚定学生信念、培养学生能力为核心的课程思政,是实现大健康背景下对高质量营养与健康人才现实需求的重要途径.依据OBE教育理念,通过有的放矢地挖掘思政元素,搭建思政资源,设计融入途径,创新教学模式,改革评价标准,构建"食品营养与健康"课程的思政体系,促进该课程形成"明确的培养导向+精细的培养过程+优质的培育成果"的思政形态.
Abstract
In the era of pluralistic ideology and public opinion,we should establish the ideological and politi-cal education through all curricula centered on strengthening students'belief and cultivating their ability,it is an important way to realize the realistic demand for high-quality nutrition and health talents under the background of great health.Based on the OBE educational concept,this paper constructed an ideological and political system of food nutrition and health course by exploring ideological and political elements,building ideological and polit-ical resources,designing ways of integration,innovating teaching models and reforming evaluation standards,and promotes the course to form an ideological and political form of"clear training orientation+fine training process+high-quality cultivation results".
