摘要
为满足食品制造业对创新人才的需要,基于新工科课程建设的要求,对食品化学课程进行研究性教学方式的探索.从教学模式、教学内容、考核方式等方面开展课程建设,通过一系列的教学实践对其进行探索和总结.
Abstract
In order to meet the need of innovative talents in food manufacturing industry,based on the require-ments of new engineering course construction,the research teaching method of food chemistry course was ex-plored.?From the teaching mode,teaching content,assessment methods and other aspects of curriculum construc-tion,through a series of teaching practice to explore and summarize.
