介绍了玉米油精炼传统五脱工艺,分析了传统五脱精炼过程中影响油收率的主要因素.分别从玉米毛油质量控制、加工过程控制及设备选型和运行管理维护方面提出提高收率的措施.
Abstract
This paper introduces the traditional five～stripping process of corn oil refining,and analyzes the factors affecting the oil yield.Measures to improve the yield are put forward from the aspects of corn crude oil quality control,processing process control,equipment selection and operation management and maintenance re-spectively.
