摘要
混合是饲料配料和面粉配粉生产加工过程中的重要环节之一,配料效果很大程度上取决于混合机,随着配料工艺的提升,对混合机的要求也越来越高,混合机也经历了多种形式和规格的发展.通过对几种双轴桨叶混合机结构形式的研究,对几种双轴桨叶混合机的结构形式和优缺点进行阐述,为工艺设计和工厂选择提供参考.
Abstract
Mixing is one of the important links in the production and processing of feed ingredients and flour mixing.The mixing effect depends largely on the mixer.With the improvement of the mixing process,the re-quirements for the mixer are getting higher and higher,and the mixer has also experienced the development of various forms and specifications.Based on the research on the structure of several double-axis blade mixers,the structure and advantages and disadvantages of several double-axis blade mixers are described,which can provide reference for process design and plant selection.
