Intelligent Development and Key Index Monitoring of Square Plansifter
This paper introduces the development of the tall flat screen,from the early relay control device to the modern programmable controller(PLC)based on integrated circuit and electronic technology.At the same time,this paper also discusses the intelligent realization method of the tall flat screen,including the design and function of the sensor,intelligent controller and actuator,as well as the data transmission and information ex-change realized by means of communication technology and computer technology.In addition,this paper also dis-cusses the monitoring and control of key indicators such as speed and bearing temperature during the running of the high square flat screen,and puts forward the introduction of electronic control system to achieve more conve-nient adjustment and operation.
