摘要
分析了辽宁省地产不同品种花生的质量和食品安全指标,总结了辽宁省区域内种植花生的质量概况,辽宁产的花生具有黄曲霉毒素含量极低的优势.
Abstract
This pa per analyzed the quality and food safety index of different peanut varieties produced in Liaoning,and summarized the quality survey of peanut planted in Liaoning.The peanut produced in Liaoning had the advantage of extremely low aflatoxins content.
