Preliminary Exploration on the Design of A Mechanized Continuous in-and-out System for Bulk Grain Silo Buildings
In recent years,bulk grain silo buildings have been widely used and promoted.However,the current out-of-warehouse process mostly follows the traditional flat warehouse out-of-warehouse mode,resulting in low out-of-warehouse efficiency,high labor costs,and stringent operational requirements.To solve these problems,this paper proposes a new type of mechanized continuous in-and-out warehouse system and attempts to construct three specific system layout methods:vertical-horizontal circular,vertical,and parallel.This system uses a chain-type circular conveyor as the main equipment.Its structure is simple and compact.It can be arranged hor-izontally,vertically,curved or three-dimensionally.Compared with the traditional out-of-warehouse mode,its out-of-warehouse operation requirements are simple,the direction of material transportation is more flexible,and the layout of the in-and-out warehouse points is relatively uniform.Therefore,this continuous in-and-out ware-house system can significantly improve the in-and-out warehouse operation efficiency and automation level of bulk grain silo buildings,providing new ideas for their green transformation.
