Study on the Content Detection Method of 3 Vanillins and 6 Coumarins in Edible Vegetable Oil
To establish a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)method for simultane-ous detection of 3 vanillins and 6 coumarin compounds in edible vegetable oil by optimizing pre-treatment and exploring mass spectrometry conditions, and to determine the feasibility and accuracy of the method. The samples were extracted by acetonitrile ultrasound, purified by HLB column, and re dissolved by nitrogen blowing.Quali-tative analysis was conducted using a multi reaction monitoring positive ion mode, quantitative analysis was per-formed using vanillin internal standard method, and quantitative analysis was performed using coumarin external standard method. The results show that nine target compounds ranging from 20 to 800 μg/L The linearity is good within the range of g/L concentration, and the correlation coefficient(r2)is 0.995 5-0.999 9.The quantitative limit is all 20 μg/L The recovery rates of the 9 compounds obtained by the method are all between 80%and 120%,g/kg.This method has high sensitivity and accuracy, and can be used for the simultaneous detection of 3 vanillins and 6 coumarins in edible vegetable oils.
