摘要

通过优化前处理,探索质谱条件,建立液相色谱-串联质谱法,同时对食用植物油中 3 种香兰素类及 6 种香豆素类化合物进行含量检测的分析方法,确定方法可行性与准确性.样品经乙腈超声提取,HLB柱净化,氮吹复溶,采用多反应监测正离子模式进行定性,香兰素内标法定量,香豆素外标法定量进行分析.结果表明,9 种目标化合物在 20~800 μg/L浓度范围内线性良好,相关系数(r2)为 0.995 5~0.999 9;定量限均为 20 μg/kg,方法所得 9 种化合物回收率均在 80%~120%之间.该方法灵敏度高,准确性高,可用于食用植物油中 3 种香兰素类和 6 种香豆素类化合物的同时检测.

Abstract

To establish a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry(LC-MS/MS)method for simultane-ous detection of 3 vanillins and 6 coumarin compounds in edible vegetable oil by optimizing pre-treatment and exploring mass spectrometry conditions,and to determine the feasibility and accuracy of the method.The samples were extracted by acetonitrile ultrasound,purified by HLB column,and re dissolved by nitrogen blowing.Quali-tative analysis was conducted using a multi reaction monitoring positive ion mode,quantitative analysis was per-formed using vanillin internal standard method,and quantitative analysis was performed using coumarin external standard method.The results show that nine target compounds ranging from 20 to 800 μg/L The linearity is good within the range of g/L concentration,and the correlation coefficient(r2)is 0.995 5-0.999 9.The quantitative limit is all 20 μg/L The recovery rates of the 9 compounds obtained by the method are all between 80%and 120%,g/kg.This method has high sensitivity and accuracy,and can be used for the simultaneous detection of 3 vanillins and 6 coumarins in edible vegetable oils.
