摘要
食品毒理学是食品质量与安全专业核心课,为满足新工科的教学要求,其教学模式急需向数字化教学转变,而雨课堂平台提供了数据化和信息化支持与互动,可以激发学生自主学习的积极性,促进师生沟通,加强学生对教学重难点的理解,优化课程评价方式,提高课堂教学效率.
Abstract
Food toxicology is a core course in the field of food quality and safety.To meet the teaching re-quirements of new engineering disciplines,its teaching model urgently needs to transition to digital teaching.The Rain Classroom platform provides data-driven and information-based support and interaction,which can stimu-late students'initiative in independent learning,and promote teacher-student communication,enhance students'understanding of key and difficult points in teaching,optimize course evaluation methods,and improve classroom teaching efficiency.
