摘要

稻谷产后的烘干、加工过程的不当处理,直接会带来碎米率增加,通过试验分析稻谷在烘干和加工环节可能会造成粮食破碎的因素,并提出减碎方法与措施.

Abstract

Improper handing of post harvest drying and processing of rice can directly lead to an increase in the rate of broken rice.Analyze the factors that may cause grain crushing during drying and processing,and puts for-ward the methods and measures of grain crushing.
