随着小麦粉加工工艺设备及配套设施的更新迭代,现代化制粉车间设计采用的设备配置也越来越多、粉路越来越长;生产线装机容量也在不断地增加,因此小麦吨加工单位电耗也相应地水涨船高.随着全球气候变暖形势严峻和国家对绿色能源的推广应用,各种新能源设备设施迅速突起;另一方面随着国家碳达峰碳中和政策逐步实施落地,高能耗使企业所需承受的成本越来越高,电费成本已成为小麦粉生产企业的重要支出.因此如何通过科学排产、计划性维护、绿色能源设施安装与应用等措施进行节能降耗显得非常重要.结合中大型小麦粉加工企业实际情况进行实践与探索,在达到节能减排目的同时为企业节约电费支出,增加企业受益,为企业提供相关解决方案.
Practice and Exploration of Energy Conservation and Consumption Reduction in Wheat Flour Production Enterprises
With the updating and iteration of wheat flour processing equipment and supporting facilities,more and more equipment configurations are adopted in the design of modern flour workshops,and the flour path is becoming longer and longer;The installed capacity of the production line is also constantly increasing,resulting in a corresponding increase in electricity consumption per ton of wheat processing.With the severe situation of global climate change and the promotion and application of green energy by countries,various new energy equip-ment and facilities have rapidly emerged.On the other hand,with the gradual implementation of national carbon peak and carbon neutrality policies,high energy consumption has led to higher costs for enterprises,and electric-ity costs have become an important expenditure for wheat flour production enterprises.Therefore,it is very im-portant to implement measures such as scientific production scheduling,planned maintenance,installation and application of green energy facilities for energy conservation and consumption reduction.This article combines the actual situation of large and medium-sized wheat flour processing enterprises to practice and explore,achieve the goal of energy conservation and emission reduction,save electricity expenses for enterprises,increase their benefits,and provide relevant solutions for enterprises.
