A Method to Reduce the Loss of Empty Bags Caused by Code Printing for Automatic Packaging Scale
Automatic packaging scales can reduce the workers and improve efficiency,but there is a waste of packaging materials caused by code printing when switching between varieties and specifications.In order to re-duce losses,by studying the principle and process of the automatic packaging scale,and using the weighing sen-sor of the automatic packaging scale and the low material level device of the upper hopper of the scale to partici-pate in code printing control,avoiding the printing of empty bag when there is no material.Good economic and social effects have been achieved.
