Analysis on the Present Situation of Health Safety of Local Rice in Liaoning
Monitoring of the hygienic safety and risk factors of domestically produced grain in Liaoning province was conducted to compare the overall situation of the hygienic safety of locally grown rice from 2021 to 2023.Currently,the hygienic quality of Liaoning's domestically produced rice is generally good,with tested indi-cators for heavy metals,mycotoxins,and pesticide residues meeting national food safety limit standards.Conduct-ing hygienic safety monitoring of domestically produced grains ensures the quality and safety of grain hygiene at the source,thereby safeguarding food hygiene quality and safety for consumers.
