Reform and Innovative Practice of the"Food Engineering Principles"Training Mode Based on the Background of Engineering Education Certification in the Grain Engineering Major
In response to the situation that students from grain engineering major cannot integrate their profes-sional course learning well with engineering design and production practice,this paper explores the in-depth in-tegration of"Food Engineering Principles"and the teaching of grain engineering course content.By analyzing the learning situation of different classes in the grain engineering major,investigating the problems of students with learning difficulties,combining and supplementing professional knowledge in the classroom and after class based on the characteristics of the grain engineering major,evaluating teaching results and improving relevant informa-tion feedback,etc.,grain engineering students can fully utilize their effective time and further integrate their pro-fessional knowledge on the basis of learning the principles of food engineering.By reporting on the learning progress of the committee members and analyzing the learning progress of the study pass,we ensure that the ma-jority of students in the grain engineering major can keep up with the teaching plan,timely grasp the classroom teaching content of"Food Engineering Principles",and avoid affecting subsequent course learning and integra-tion of knowledge in the grain engineering major due to lack of understanding of previous teaching content,For some students with learning difficulties,guide them to learn gradually through relevant knowledge that is easy to understand and easy to understand,and ultimately achieve the teaching goal of consistent overall learning out-comes in the grain engineering major.
