荞子抛车在现代小麦粉加工工艺中的应用研究

摘要
目前食品行业对原料的要求越来越高,小麦加工生产的小麦粉也是如此,特别是专用小麦粉,每个专用粉所对应的面粉指标必须要严格控制在指定的范围内,而小麦粉加工工艺中小麦清理极其关键,如果清理做不彻底,将会产生有关食品安全等问题,后续制粉也将很难进行.针对小麦粉加工工艺引进荞子抛车应用进行研究分析,结合已有先进清理设备色选机,解决原有生产工艺存在的缺陷,提高小麦粉的产品质量,保证小麦粉的卫生食品安全.
Abstract
The food industry has increasingly high requirements for raw materials,and the same applies to wheat flour produced through wheat processing.Especially for specialized wheat flour,the flour indicators corre-sponding to each specialized flour must be strictly controlled within the specified range.In the wheat flour pro-cessing process,wheat cleaning is extremely crucial.If the cleaning is not thorough,it will cause food safety is-sues,and subsequent flour production will also be difficult.This article will study and analyze the application of buckwheat throwing trucks in our company's wheat flour processing technology,combined with advanced cleaning equipment color selection machines,to solve the defects in the original production process,improve the product quality of wheat flour,and ensure the hygiene and food safety of wheat flour.
