摘要
玉米是我国养殖行业主要的能量来源,采用蒸汽压片的方式处理玉米能够提升玉米内淀粉的糊化度和能值,提高淀粉消化率,对我国养殖行业有着积极的影响,能够带来一定的经济效益.对蒸汽压片玉米进行综述,内容涵盖蒸汽压片玉米生产的主要工艺、设备、质量控制以及其对不同养殖行业生产性能影响的研究进展,为蒸汽压片玉米在我国养殖业推广应用提供参考.
Abstract
Corn is the main energy source of China's breeding industry,and the use of steam flakes to treat corn can improve the gelatinization degree and energy value of starch in corn,improve starch digestibility,and have a positive impact on the economic benefits of China's aquaculture industry.This paper reviews the main processes,equipment,quality control involved in the production of steam flake maize and the research progress on the production performance of different aquaculture industries,in order to provide reference for the promotion and application of steam flake maize in China's aquaculture industry.
