基于ANSYS的振动筛机架有限元静力学强度及模态分析

TQLMz125 型振动筛主要用于面粉厂清理小麦杂质,机架是振动筛的重要组成部件,主要起承载作用,其刚度、强度、稳定性对振动筛的可靠运转都有重要意义.为了验证机架结构设计的可靠性,运用ANSYS软件对机架进行有限元分析,分别得到机架的应力云图、应变云图以及固有频率.结果表明,机架最大应力为 0.041 6 MPa,远小于机架材料的许用应力;机架一阶固有频率为 21.866 Hz,远高于振动筛工作频率 12.5 Hz,避免了机架与电机出现共振,以便为后期优化机架做依据.
Strength and Modal Analysis of Vibrating Screen Frame Using ANSYS
TQLMz125 vibrating screen is used for cleaning wheat impurities in flour mill.The frame is a vital part of the vibrating screen,which primarily plays a carrying role.Its stiffness,strength and consistency are of huge essentiality to the reliable operation which is vibrating screen.For the purpose of verifying the feasibility of frame structure design,ANSYS software has been used for analyze the frame finite element,and the stress,strain and inherent frequency of the frame are obtained.The results indicate that the uttermost stress of the frame is 0.041 6 MPa,which is far less than the allowable stress,and the structure of the frame can satisfy the strength design.Through modal analysis,the minimized inherent frequency of the frame is 21.866 Hz,which is higher than the vibration frequency of the motor 12.5 Hz,avoiding resonance between the motor and the frame,which is for the later optimization frame as the basis.
