节粮减损是保障粮食安全的重要举措,而粮食经纪人的收购活动又是收储流程的第一个环节,其对收购的粮食质量控制能力却有待提升,从手触、眼观、牙咬到自动化检测设备应用,深入探讨分析了其质量管理工作的现状、存在的问题及工作对策.
Abstract
Grain conservation is an important measure to ensure food security,and the buying activities of grain brokers are the first step in the process of collection and storage,from hand touch,eye view,tooth bite to the application of automatic testing equipment,this paper discusses the status quo of its quality management and countermeasures.
