摘要
以单仓容量 1 万t、内径 27 m、装粮高度 23m的架空式平底浅圆仓和落地式平底浅圆仓为例,利用Solid Edge软件模拟粮食出仓过程,分三个阶段对比了两种仓底结构形式的粮食出仓发放量,出仓作业用时、能耗、作业人员和作业费用等内容,为项目建设选用不同仓底结构的浅圆仓提供数据支持.
Abstract
In this paper,the types of flat overhead shallow silos with a single capacity of 10,000 tons,an inner diameter of 27 meters and a grain loading height of 23 meters are taken as examples.Solid Edge software is used to simulate grain discharge conditions,and the contents of grain discharge quantity,operation time,energy con-sumption,operation personnel and operation cost of different construction types of silos are compared in three stages.It provides data support for selecting different construction types of silos for project construction.
