QuEChERS-三重四级杆气质联用法测定大米中10种有机氯农药残留

为建立同时检测大米中 10 种有机氯农药残留的方法,将大米样品粉碎后经 1%乙酸乙腈溶液提取,采用QuEChERS法净化和过滤处理,三重四级杆气质联用仪检测分析结果.结果表明 10 种有机氯在 5~100 ng/mL浓度范围内各线性良好,相关系数均在 0.997 以上,检出限为 0.003~0.005 mg/kg,定量限为 0.01 mg/kg,在 0.01 mg/kg、0.05 mg/kg和 0.1 mg/kg三个浓度下加标回收率在 72.08%~118.01%之间,相对标准偏差RSD在 0.6%~7.2%之间.该方法具有操作简单、试剂用量少、快速等特点,适用于有机氯农残高通量检测.
Determination of 10 kinds of Organochlorine Pesticide Residues in Rice by QuEChERS-Gas Chromatography-Triple Quadrupole Mass Spectrometry
Objective to establish a method for the simultanceous determination of 10 kinds of organochlorine pesticide residues in rice.After crushing the rice sample,it was extracted with 1%acetonitrile acetate solution,purified and filtered using the QuEChERS method,and the analysis results were detected by chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry.The results indicate that the 10 kinds of organochlorine pesticide had good linear relationship in the range of 5~100 ng/mL,the correlation coefficients are all above 0.997.The limit of de-tection was 0.003 to 0.005 mg/kg,and limit of quantification was 0.01 mg/kg.The recoveries at 3 spiked levels of 0.01 mg/kg,0.05 mg/kg,0.1 mg/kg of 10 organochlorine pesticides ranged from 72.08%to 118.01%,with the relative standard deviations(RSDs)were 0.6%~7.2%.This method has the characteristics of simple operation,low reagent dosage,and speed,and is suitable for high-throughput detection of organochlorine pesticide residues.
