摘要
"食品营养与安全学"课程是面向食品科学与工程类专业的核心课程.传统的"食品营养与安全学"课程教学在教学方法、教学内容、教学模式、教学手段上存在一定的不足,课程内容及教学模式亟需优化,尤其在"互联网+"背景下,智慧教学手段优势突显.以互联网为依托,构建"四驱动四融合"智慧教学模式,以激发学生学习积极性,提高人才培养的质量.
Abstract
The course of"Food Nutrition and Safety"is a core course for food science and engineering majors.The traditional teaching of Food Nutrition and Safety has some shortcomings in teaching methods,teaching con-tents,teaching modes and teaching means.The course content and teaching mode need to be optimized.Espe-cially in the context of"Internet+"the advantages of intelligent teaching methods are highlighted.Based on the internet,a"four-drive and four-integration"intelligent teaching model is constructed to stimulate students'enthusiasm for learning and improve the quality of personnel training.
