摘要

"食品工厂设计"课程是专业性高、知识点广泛、内容复杂的一门实用性课程.为了有效提升食品科学与工程类专业人才培养质量,总结了"食品工厂设计"课程在教学中存在的诸多不足,并在此基础上提出解决对策,同时,为了更好地提高教学效果,总结了多个可供学习的教学模式,为该课程的教学改革提供思路.

Abstract

Food factory design is a practical course with high professionalism,wide knowledge and complex content.In order to effectively improve the training quality of food science and engineering majors,this paper summarizes many deficiencies in the teaching of food factory design and puts forward solutions on this basis.At the same time,in order to better improve the teaching effect,it summarizes several teaching models that can be learned,providing ideas for the teaching reform of this course.
