摘要
为了贯彻落实《国家职业教育改革实施方案》提出的"1+X"证书制度,快速提升学生职业技能,促使学生在校期间获得职业技能等级证书,使之与毕业证书紧密衔接,以食品理化检测技术课程为例,分析了课程现状,从教材、教师、教学模式三个方面进行教学改革,并在教学实施过程中融入思政内容,革新教学内容,更好地培养出符合企业岗位需求,具有良好职业道德的高素质技术技能人才.
Abstract
In order to implement the"1+X"certificate system proposed in the"National Vocational Education Reform Implementation Plan",quickly improve students'vocational skills,promote students to obtain vocational skill level certificates during their school years,and closely connect them with graduation certificates,this article takes the food physical and chemical testing technology course as an example,analyzes the current situation of the course,and carries out teaching reforms from three aspects:textbooks,teachers,and teaching models,And integrate ideological and political content into the teaching implementation process,innovate teaching content,and better cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents who meet the needs of enterprise positions and have good professional ethics.
