摘要

介绍了水稻中瘪谷的含量,瘪谷提取的意义,以及瘪谷提取的工艺及经济效益.根据比重、筛选的原理,利用分级去石机、厚度机、比重机从水稻中高效提取瘪谷,将传统的稻壳提粮工艺瘪谷提取率从 0.12%提升到 80%.通过多家工厂实际应用,证明该工艺取得了卓越的效果和收益.

Abstract

Introduced the content of abortive kernel in rice,the significance of separating abortive kernel,as well as the process and economic benefits of separating abortive kernel.According to the method of specific gravity and screening,efficient separation of crushed grains from paddy is achieved using destoner,thickness grader and gravity separator.The extraction rate of the traditional rice husk extraction process is increased from 0.12%to 80%.Through practical use in multiple factories,it has been proven that this process has achieved excellent results and benefits.
