开发一种新型的番茄籽油纳米口服液,以拓宽其加工途径和提升附加值.通过高速剪切与超声处理相结合,成功制备粒径小、包封率高且均一性良好的番茄籽油纳米粒子.进一步研究了超声时间、功率、冷却方式及番茄籽油添加量对纳米粒子特性的影响,发现超声处理与快速冷却可有效减少粒径和增加稳定性.此外,通过高效液相色谱分析主要成分,并测试了纳米口服液的抗氧化和酶抑制活性,结果显示其具有显著的生物活性.此研究为番茄籽油的高效利用及其在健康食品领域的应用提供了新的途径.
Development of Tomato Seed Oil Nano Oral Liquid
Develop a novel tomato seed oil nano oral solution to broaden its processing pathway and enhance its added value.By combining high-speed shearing with ultrasonic treatment,tomato seed oil nanoparticles with small particle size,high encapsulation efficiency,and good uniformity were successfully prepared.Further research was conducted on the effects of ultrasound time,power,cooling method,and tomato seed oil addition on the characteristics of nanoparticles,and it was found that ultrasound treatment and rapid cooling can effectively reduce particle size and increase stability.In addition,the main components were analyzed by high-performance liquid chromatography,and the antioxidant and enzyme inhibitory activities of the nano oral solution were tested.The results showed that it had significant biological activity.This study provides a new approach for the efficient utilization of tomato seed oil and its application in the field of healthy food.
