摘要
脉冲布袋除尘器作为一种应用比较广泛的环保除尘设备,在行业内发挥了巨大的作用.然而,随着技术研究的不断进步和用户需求的提高,在实际应用当中发现该类除尘器还有较大改进空间.主要探讨其滤袋及与之配套的笼骨架的结构和配合尺寸.通过对相关参数进行对比计算,总结出优化的依据和思路,并给出具体的优化和改进方法.
Abstract
Pulse bag filter,as a widely used env ironmentally friendly dust removal equipment,has played a huge role in the industry.However,with the continuous progress of technological research and the increasing de-mand from users,we have found that there is still significant room for improvement in this type of dust collector in practical applications.The structure and matching dimensions of its filter bag and cage skeleton are mainly discussed.By comparing and calculating relevant parameters,summarize the basis and ideas for optimization,and provide specific optimization and improvement methods.
