Determination of Arsenicin in Rice of Huang Hao Jie in Northern Shaanxi by Microwave Digestion-Atomic Fluorescence Spectrometry
According to the National Food Safety Standard GB 5009.11-2014(Determination of total arsenic and inorganic arsenic in food),the samples were treated by wet digestion and microwave digestion, the contents of as in rice of Huang Hao Jie were determined by automatic injection pump atomic fluorescence spectropho-tometer AFS-9700 of Beijing Hai Guang. The result showed that linear range of response was in the range from 0 to 30.0 ng/mL,correlative coefficient of linear regression equation was 0.9999,the relative standard deviation(RSD)of microwave digestion method was 0.32%~0.65%and the recoveries were in the range from 80.0%to 98.6%,which all meet the requirements of Appendix F in GB/T 27404-2008.The recoveries of wet digestion method were in the range from 69.0%to 82.5%and the relative standard deviation(RSD)was 2.43%~3.22%.Compared with the wet digestion method of sample digestion in the second method of total arsenic in GB 5009.11-2014,the microwave digestion method has the advantages of high instrument automation program,sim-ple,fast and safe pretreatment operation, less acid consumption, single type, less reagent pollution, large batch processing, high accuracy of detection results, good precision between parallel samples and high recovery rate. So,it can be used for the determination of total arsenic in Artemisia rice in northern Shaanxi Province.
