现代产业学院背景下高校创客实验平台建设与人才培养体系研究

创新能力是新工科背景下工程人才作为国家高质量发展支撑力量的必备条件,创客实验室为提升学生的创新能力开辟了新的实践空间.结合新工科背景下创客教育的内涵,分析了应用型本科高校实验室在创新创业实践方面存在的共性问题,探讨了创客背景下创新创业教育新模式,建立了适用于食品类本科专业的创客实验室和基于"互联网+"和"分层体系结构"的实验资源共享平台,并对其管理制度、师资队伍和校企合作等保障措施进行了探索和实践.创客实验室的建立对培养学生创新能力起到了积极的作用,同时也为国内其他高校创客实验室的构建提供了参考和借鉴.
Research on the Construction of Maker Experimental Platform and Talent Training System in Applied Undergraduate Universities Based on the Modern Industrial College
Innovation ability is a necessary condition for engineering talents to act as a supporting force for na-tional high-quality development under the background of new engineering.Maker lab opened up a new practice space for improving students'innovation ability.Combined with the connotation of maker education under the background of new engineering,the common problems existing in the innovation and entrepreneurship practice of application-oriented undergraduate university laboratories were wihianalyzed,the new model of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the context of makers was discussed.A maker laboratory suitable for food under-graduate majors and an experimental resource sharing platform based on"Internet plus"and"hierarchical archi-tecture"were established.The guarantee measures,such as the management system,teaching staff and college-enterprise cooperation were explored.The establishment of Maker Lab played a positive role in cultivating stu-dents'innovation ability,and also provided reference for its promotion in other domestic universities.
