摘要
在"三全育人"的背景下以及当今时代学科交叉融合、资源互通、知识共享的大趋势下,探讨了食品科学与工程导论课程思政建设存在的困境,介绍了团队从多学科交叉融合的角度推出的食品科学与工程导论——"食品+X+S"交叉学科思政课程.有望为食品科学与工程导论的课程思政改革提供借鉴.
Abstract
Under the background of the"Three Comprehensive Education"approach and in line with the cur-rent trend of interdisciplinary integration,resource interconnection,and knowledge sharing,discusses the dilem-mas in the ideological and political construction of the'Introduction to Food Science and Engineering'course.It introduces the interdisciplinary'Food+X+S'ideological and political course developed by the team from the perspective of multidisciplinary integration.It is expected to provide a reference for the reform of ideological and political education in the'Introduction to Food Science and Engineering'course.
