A Study on the Characteristics,Interest Mechanisms, and Impact of Ethnic Minority Population Mobility in Rural Areas of Southern Yunnan under the Background of Rural Revitalization——A Case Study of the"Yangjie Phenomenon"in Jianshui County
Under the background of rural revitalization, the implementation of rural land transfer policies has promoted the intensive management of rural land. The intensive management has promoted the development of agricultural industrialization, and the steady development of the agricultural industry and the growth of economic effect have continuously increased the demand for labor in the industry, thereby attracting surplus labor force from rural areas to flow to industrial clusters, thus coming into being the phenomenon of"township-to-township"mobility of rural population. The"Yangjie phenomenon"in southern Yunnan is a typical case of this phenomenon.By studying the characteristics, interest mechanisms, and impacts of the floating population of ethnic minorities in southern Yunnan,we have revealed and interpreted the underlying logic of rural population mobility in multi-ethnic areas under the revitalization of rural industries:land transfer policies promote the prosperity of rural industries, industry prosperity attracts floating population, and interest mechanisms stabilize floating population.
