Study on the Effect and Regional Differentiation of Food Supply Chain Resilience Empowered by Digital Economy
The resilience of the food supply chain is a crucial factor in ensuring food security.With data information as its core element,digital economy possesses an advantage in accurately identifying the support points and obstacles to the resilience of the food supply chain.With the period from 2003 to 2021 as the research timeframe,this study utilizes dynamic entropy weight of indices to measure both the digital economy index and resilience level of China's food supply chain,and analyzes changes in effect and regional differentiation of China's food supply chain resilience empowered by digital economy.In the field of agriculture,the main contribution of digital economy comes from digital infrastructure,but the input-output efficiency remains relatively low.The key to the resilience of the food supply chain lies in resistance,but the fragile ecological areas and technological constraints lead to restoring and transformative force becomes shortcomings.Natural resource endowment is still the dominant factor,and the regions with higher food supply chain resilience basically overlap those with higher digital economy index,which has little impact on the regional distribution of food supply chain level.By improving the perfection and matching degree of infrastructure,incorporating the digital development of agriculture into urbanization planning,focusing on the research and development of agricultural resources,and cultivating new productive forces,we can effectively enhance the resilience of food supply chain empowered by digital economy.
