Inclusive Governance:The Governance Mechanism of Ethnic Communities in the Context of Rural Revitalization
In the process of historical changes and continuous cultural development,the structures of rural social organizations,groups and interests in ethnic areas have been continuously differentiated.In the process of implementing the rural revitalization strategy,the exchanges,interaction and integration among all ethnic groups are constantly enhanced,heterogeneous and pluralistic subjects are jointly involved in the public affairs of rural society,and rural community governance is faced with the practical dilemmas of subject dispersion and diversified interests.The study finds that we should,from the perspective of inclusive governance,take"subject-structure-interest"as the main line,construct an inclusive community governance mechanism with the co-governance of multiple subjects,the interaction of horizontal and vertical structures,and the convergence and sharing of interests.Building an inclusive governance community on this basis has become an important way out to improve the governance of ethnic communities and promote rural revitalization of ethnic areas.Inclusive governance promotes exchanges,interaction and integration of all ethnic groups,and is an effective way to realize the inclusive development of ethnic areas and forge a strong sense of community for the Chinese nation.
